I’m loving these EMOMS! The intensity is crazy the entire workout! This one you start the timer and go right into your box jumps or step ups, if you don’t have a box you can use a bench or even an ottoman, then go into your air squats or weighted squats, count up to 100 but every min stop your squats and do your box jumps or step ups. I stayed consistent because I know My legs would be sore by 30 so after the first round of 15 I decided to stick with 10-12 squats at a time. Took me 10 min 50 seconds.
