New Crunchy Summer Salad

Crunchy Summer Salad

  • Half a Head of red cabbage (even though it looks purple to me)
  • one English cucumber
  • 2 chopped seeded tomatoes
  • optional-sliced avacado

I put this whole batch in a tupperware and top with dressing and chicken before we eat.

  • sliced chicken breast
  • top with Avocado Oil or Olive Oil, Celtic salt, and a few drops of any Citrus Essential Oils

I have been obsessed with this salad!! I BBQ a few chicken breasts at the beginning of the week, slice it up and keep it in the fridge. At lunch I grab my mix, add my chicken, and my dressing! Amazing! Did I mention how many health benefits cabbage has?? Vitamin A, C, and K!! Not to mention this crunchy stuff is apart of a veggie family that helps prevent cancer. SO EAT IT UP!

Foaming and Moisturizing Face Wash

I finally bought a Foaming Soap Dispenser to make my own face wash.  If you don’t have these other oils you can make up your own recipe with the ones in the kit. Do not use lemon if you are using a plastic container.Oils from the kit would be Lavender, Frankincense, and Purification. I chose these ones for all different reasons. Lavender is very soothing for your skin, Geranium is great for aging skin, Patchouli can help tighten skin, and Joy has a blend of oils the help support great looking skin. I used a teaspoon of Almond Oil to help Moisturize while cleansing.

Foaming Fash Wash

          • Fill 1/4 bottle with Pure-Castile Soap
          • Fill the rest up slowly with distilled water
          • Add a teaspoon of Almond Oil
          • Add In 8-10 drops of each oil of choice

Booty Workout – July

Thrusters are my favorite, add in some burpees and you have an awesome workout! It’s a Full body workout but mostly a phenomenal booty workout!  You can use a bar without weights or even some hand weights! If you have hand weights, Go down to a full squat weights by your side, touch the ground and standing up bring them to a press over your head. Enjoy! Happy July 1st!!
