Bootay Friday 

Friday’s are my favorite workout! 🙌🏻I do this every Friday and have seen a huge difference in the booty! when it starts to get easier for you, bump up the weight.

💪🏼I started with a bar then the bar got too heavy to lift over my head so moving to this Smith Machine has been great, especially to maintain your form.

Booty Friday

  • superset the first two exercises 3-4 rounds each and the last two exercises 3-4 rounds each
  • 10-15 heavy back squats
  • 10-15 each leg Bulgarian splits squats(elevate each leg)
  • 3-4 rounds
  • 10-15 each leg “knee to tap” lunges(I use a mat under my knee)
  • 20 weighted plié squats(touch the floor, I use 45lbs)
  • 3-4 rounds
