2 Ingredient Coconut Macaroons

  1. One can of sweet condensed coconut mil
  2. 3-3.5 cups of unsweetened coconut
  3. Blend and add coconut slowly to get the correct consistency, not too sticky not too dry
  4. After they cool you can dip in vegan melted chocolate and refrigerate for 30min
