Wolfberry!!

We stopped drinking elderberry if we don’t feel the best due to warning that it produces cytokines which could actually cause more harm when fighting respiratory issues, you need to use your intuition when drinking elderberry, if you are taking it when you are healthy and to help support your immunity and other minor cold issues and have no signs of respiratory symptoms, athsma, etc. you should feel comfortable taking it. But if you are fighting something and want to take something to help then the wolfberry is way to go, and it’s not known to produce cytokines so we will be drinking this daily.
