A guided 25 min Breathwork Journey

This is an offering for those that do not have the time or expense for a full 90 min journey or those that want to start a daily breathwork practice.

Before starting the video, please set up your uninterrupted, sacred space allowing enough time for the entire 25-30 min journey. You can also have an extra blanket or pillow as well as an eye mask if that feels best for you.
